Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your password private. Company owners and administrators are responsible for who they invite and what access they grant.

Subscriptions and cancellation

• Each activated production has a separate monthly subscription in AUD, including GST. Company workspaces and unlimited draft productions are available without a company-wide subscription.
• Individual contractor accounts subscribe for $9.95 per month including GST, with no free trial, across their invited productions. Payment never grants access to another company’s private records.
• Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period; already-paid access continues until then. Archiving a production also stops renewal and retains its records.
• If a payment fails, a limited grace period applies. After that, the affected production is read-only until billing is resolved. Records are never automatically deleted.
• Real payment collection remains disabled pending billing, GST and Stripe verification. Existing contracts are not automatically cancelled or converted.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other companies' workspaces, or upload unlawful material.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
