Do crew and contractors need to pay?
Invited cast and crew use their production’s subscription. Individual contractor accounts have one $9.95 monthly subscription across invited productions, including GST.
Can I create productions before subscribing?
Yes. Your company can create unlimited drafts. Each activated production needs its own monthly subscription. Individual contractors have no free trial.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. All prices are in AUD and include 10% GST.
Can other companies see our productions?
No. Every company has its own private workspace, enforced by the database itself.
What happens if I cancel?
Renewal stops at the end of the paid period. Afterwards that production retains read-only records. Archiving stops renewal and preserves records; nothing is automatically deleted.
Does production category determine the subscription?
No. Choose the subscription tier for the team and contractor capacity you need, independently of production category.
Where are card details stored?
With Stripe. FILM PRO never stores card numbers.
