What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider).
• Company and production details entered by your organisation.
• Compliance documents contractors choose to upload, such as insurance and safety certificates.
• Billing details: payment cards are collected and stored by Stripe. We never store card numbers.

How we use it

To run your workspace, give people access to the productions they are assigned to, send reminders and invitations, process subscriptions, and provide support.

Who can see it

Each company's information is kept in its own private workspace. Contractor documents are shared only with companies the contractor has engaged with, and access is removed when that engagement ends. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, data storage, email delivery and payments (including Stripe). Some may store data outside Australia.

Access, correction and deletion

You can update your details on your Account page, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
